Alex Alagha - Vice President

Alex Alagha has been involved in long-term community planning, engineering and design for the last 20 years. He has had a leading role in the development and entitlement of several major planned communities encompassing more than 30,000 housing units in San Diego County. Mr. Alagha is currently responsible for community planning, infrastructure financing and overall project management for Yokohl Ranch.

Formerly, Mr. Alagha served as the City Engineer/Director of Engineering for the City of Chula Vista where he provided professional advice and technical services to the City Council and staff. The City of Chula Vista has been a pioneer in setting the standards for master planned communities in Southern California. Mr. Alagha is a registered professional engineer and licensed land surveyor in the state of California. He brings more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure financing, community planning and project management to his position.
